At Motopit.bg we aim for your order to arrive quickly and predictably. Here you will find the main information about the delivery methods, timeframes and prices, as well as payment for orders.
1. Delivery method
Orders from Motopit.bg are delivered by the courier company Econt.
When placing your order, you can choose delivery:
- to an Econt office of your choice;
- to an address specified by you.
2. Delivery price
The delivery price is fixed:
- 3 EUR to an Econt office
- 3 EUR to an address with Econt
- Free delivery on orders over 150 EUR
The delivery price is shown when placing the order, before it is confirmed.
3. Delivery time
For products in stock in Sofia, the usual delivery time is 1 to 2 working days after the order is confirmed.
For products available on request, the delivery time may be longer and depends on availability from the relevant supplier. Information about the expected time will be provided when the order is confirmed.
In case of a delay, a change in availability, or another objective reason that may affect the fulfilment of the order, we will contact you using the contact details you provided.
4. Receiving the shipment
For products in stock in Sofia, orders placed by 14:00 on a working day are usually processed and handed to the courier on the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00, as well as on weekends or official holidays, are usually processed on the next working day.
Upon receipt, we recommend checking the shipment and the visible condition of the product.

5. Payment
At the moment, orders at Motopit.bg are paid by cash on delivery.
All prices published on Motopit.bg are final and include VAT.
When additional payment methods are introduced, the information on this page will be updated.
