Öhlins SD20 Steering Damper for Suzuki GSX-R (SD20 030)

The Öhlins SD20 030 is a high-end steering damper developed specifically for the Suzuki GSX-R. The new SD20 generation uses a 20 mm piston and an advanced design based on technology from Öhlins' Factory Racing programme.

The damper limits the sudden, unwanted movements of the handlebar under hard acceleration, at high speed, over bumps, and when the front wheel unloads. This delivers better control and more stable behaviour under acceleration as well as during fast direction changes and braking.

The new SD20 design provides a better balance of damping force and quicker settling of handlebar oscillations compared with the previous SD16 generation.
